Farm and Home Show 9 AM - 2 PM Custodian requests: Please have the building available at 7 am for vendor arrival 20 tables available in the gold gym for vendors Please leave the round lunch tables and chairs set up in the middle school commons. Leave 4 round tables with chairs set up in the high school commons. Milk cooler will be available in the commons area. Please have chair racks available in the gold gym (approximately 150 chairs) Leave an extra rack of chairs available for use as needed in the blue gym lobby. PA system and microphone in the Gold Gym Projector and Screen will be available in the choir room Please place a coat rack in the blue gym lobby an din the eat lobby across from the choir room The chamber will have a dumpster placed east of the roll-up door on the south side of the woodshop, ideally in the CTE building either door 13/14. Event staff and volunteers will help with prep and clean up at the direction and assistance from the custodial staff. Clean up should be completed no later than 4 pm. | |
